I was born in Visalia, have a lot of pride in my community, and love that I can serve my friends and family as the only full-time retinal specialist in town.

About Dr. Bianco

I have always wanted to be a doctor practicing in my hometown of Visalia. That’s why I moved back as the city’s only full-time ophthalmologist specialized in retinal issues after my medical training. It’s important to me to spend time with each patient to fully explain their condition, all the treatment options, and all the potential outcomes with or without surgery.
